Joe Schaffer has been a member of Local 701 since 1987.  Joe has worked for Chevy, Cadillac and Buick as an automotive technician.  Joe currently works at Ettleson Cadillac/Buick serving as a Union Steward and as a Technician.  He has served on the Union's By-Laws Committee.  Joe currently serves on the Executive Board as a Union Trustee.
