Retiree’s Annual Christmas Party a Great Success

by Bob Feehan, Retiree Club President

The Annual Christmas Party was held on Sunday December 4, 2011 at 12:00 noon at Park Place located on Joliet Rd. Everyone that attended this year’s event had a great time. There was plenty of holiday cheer for all our retirees in attendance.

Retiring?

Recently retired and maybe considering whether to join? Stop by one of our meetings. You can join the Club at any of the Club’s monthly meetings. Members can pay at any monthly meeting or you can forward the membership fee to Retiree Club President Bob Feehan at the Local 701 Union Hall.

The Club continues to receive new members as they retire. Local 701 members and their wife or girlfriend are always welcome to join the Retiree's Club and attend our meetings. Retiree Club meetings are on the third Saturday of every month at the Local 701 Union Hall. The meetings start at 11:00 a.m. Coffee, rolls and good conversation

Members who are planning to retire should contact the Local 701 Pension Department at 708-482- 0220, as well as the Union Dues Department at 708-482-1720 at least 90 days prior to their planned retirement date.
