In order to receive your steward pay and comply with our newly revised Bylaws (Article XI, Section 3 and Section 4), you are required to fill out the Steward's Excusal form every time you are absent from the monthly membership meeting.

You are required to fill out this form, sign, and forward to your Business Representative for signature. This form needs to be completed and turned in within 10 days of missed meeting.   Print this form, fill it out completely and submit it to the Union Hall.  The address is:
